14-Day Cooling-Off Period (Change of Mind Returns)
For purchases made online or at a distance, you have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging, and with any accessories included. We will refund the full purchase price, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or proof of return, such as tracking confirmation). You are responsible for the cost of return postage unless otherwise stated. This right does not apply to personalised/custom-made items, perishables, sealed hygiene products once opened, or other exempt categories as per the Regulations.
