14-Day Cooling-Off Period (Change of Mind Returns)
For purchases made online or at a distance, you have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. This cooling-off period begins the day after you (or your nominated recipient) receive the goods. To cancel, please notify us in writing within those 14 days, stating your intention to cancel and including your order number. You then have a further 14 days to return the item(s) to us at ZestHive. Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging, and with any accessories included. We will refund the full purchase price, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or proof of return, such as tracking confirmation). You are responsible for the cost of return postage unless otherwise stated. This right does not apply to personalised/custom-made items, perishables, sealed hygiene products once opened, or other exempt categories as per the Regulations. This policy does not affect your statutory rights for faulty or misdescribed goods under the Consumer Rights Act 2015
